Andreas is now Business Process Principal @ Salesforce. Prior to this job he was Engagement Manager, Solution Architect, Agile Coach and Innovation Designer. He founded C5T & Company, a management consulting firm specialized in Business model innovation and co-founded nouvé brand and innovation design, a Berlin based international brand-led innovation strategies agency. He was partner at SCUMCENTER Ltd (an agile methods consultancy based in London and Berlin with clients in the UK, Germany, Switzerland and Austria).
He helped accelerate businesses (from startup to multinational companies) to gain growth and relevance in their market. Since 1996 he has worked as a change agent, serial entrepreneur, marketing/brand consultant and as a new business development manager specializing in creativity, innovation and change management.
He holds an MBA from OU Business School (UK) – an elite business school with triple accreditation – specializing in innovation, operations and financial strategy. He has studied in Berlin, San Diego, London and Oxford. He is also a lecturer at Media Design Hochschule - University for Design and Computer Science (Berlin) and serves as a mentor at Startupbootcamp – European Startup Accelerator.
