    TBIG™ = TRANSITION – BRIDGE – IDEATE – GROW

    Experiences are the Product.

Evidence shows that new management techniques and new tools are required. Whether your challenge is to develop a new product or service, craft a strategy, accelerate work in progress or kick-start a disruptive new direction.

Andreas founded C5T & Company to validate this assumption. He advised companies on how to build a Lean Startup/Enterprise by coaching value proposition/business model design combined with user experience design practices and training agile methodologies.

He is the inventor of the TheBrucke program, which is the synthesis of people, tools and creative space for getting relevant things done collaboratively to deliver the best experience for all.

Since 2015 he is building experiences exclusively at Salesforce.

// C5T & Company - inactive since 2015, but the rebel mindset is still alive

// TheBrucke Innovation Garage TBIG™ - research book project since 2014 (currently on hold)
